• No refunds or exchanges. There are no cancellations. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise directly stated. No refunds or credits will be given for any reasons including but not limited to the following: reductions in groups size, failure of member to comply with the termes and conditions listed herein. If a student has paid and cannot attend a festival or audition in his/her zone, they may contact another zone and IF THERE IS ROOM AVAILABLE, may perform at that alternative site.
